Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-75 years, asai-iii, BMI >= 30 kg / m2; 2. Patients undergoing elective tracheal intubation under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with ASA grade IV and above; 2. Patients with abnormal vital signs before operation; 3. Patients who need awake intubation; 4. Gastroesophageal reflux and patients with full stomach; 5. Pregnant women.
