3 Years to 7 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 90 children in the pediatric general surgery ward of West China Hospital of Sichuan University. (2) American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Standard physical examination Classification I-II. (3) The age is 3 to 7 years old. (4) Laparoscopic herniorrhaphy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Any analgesics and sedatives have been used within 24 hours, and other narcolepsy and narcolepsy are being used. Drugs with side effects such as nausea and vomiting. (2) Adverse reactions to lidocaine are known. (3) Mental disorders, developmental retardation and central nervous system diseases. (4) There are infection, fever and discomfort in other parts. (5) Complicated with respiratory diseases such as asthma. (6) Complicated with other congenital diseases.
