Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 65 years; 2. The diagnosis of patients with severe pneumonia; 3. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Infectious diseases; 2. Refused to accept the treatment or brain deaths; 3. Take part in other clinical observational study at the same time.
