Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-80 years old; 2. Education level is junior high school or above; 3. Patients who can communicate with the questionaire through one of the ways of speech, words and body movements; 4. Patients and guardians knew and agreed to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious organ complications; 2. The types of stroke were subarachnoid hemorrhage, transient ischemic attack and reversible ischemic neurological deficit; 3. Patients with epilepsy history in recent 3 months.
