Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age: over 18 years old; (2) Patients with fresh lower patella fracture confirmed by preoperative X-ray and CT; (3) Definite internal fixation was performed in our hospital; (4) A definite history of trauma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Revision surgery; (2) Conservative treatment, such as plaster fixation; (3) Severe osteoporosis cannot be guaranteed safe internal fixation, so limited surgical internal fixation is adopted; (4) Pathological fracture.
