Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged from 28 days to 14 years; 2. Hospitalized children who meet the diagnostic criteria for children's community-acquired pneumonia (refer to the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of children's community-acquired pneumonia (2019 edition) formulated by the national health commission and the national administration of traditional Chinese medicine); 3. The transaminase value in the liver function test exceeded the normal range.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Tuberculosis cannot be excluded. 2. The patient had a history of liver disease or abnormal liver function. 3. The medical history before admission is unknown. Patients with viral hepatitis (a, b, c), epstein-barr virus infection, cytomegalovirus infection, genetic metabolic diseases, biliary dysplasia and other diseases that can directly cause liver function damage. 4. Patients with cardiomyopathy, myopathy or hematologic neoplastic diseases.
