Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sixty patients of both sexesaged from 65 to 80 years, ASA physical status II or III, body mass index between 18 ~27 kg/m2, were experienced unilateral TKA underwent general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnancy,nerve or neuromuscular disease; (2) Patients with a history of severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, stroke and ulcers; (3) Allergic to local anesthetics or opioids; (4) Those with communication disorders or history of mental illness.
