18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18-65 years; (2) BMI>18 kg/m2 or <28 kg/m2; (3) ASA grade I-II; (4) Posturological laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe heart, liver and lung dysfunction who need to be admitted to ICU for further treatment after operation; (2) Abnormal coagulation function; (3) History of allergy to anesthetic drugs; (4) A history of long-term alcohol consumption, chronic pain or long-term use of psychiatric drugs; (5) Scar, infection and tumor at the puncture site; (6) A history or family history of malignant hyperthermia; (7) Unable to cooperate with follow-up or poor compliance.
