Experimental group B:Betamethasone 16mg intravenous drip
Control group:Intravenous drip of equal amount of normal saline

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 65 years; 2. Elective abdominal surgery with general anesthesia; 3. ASA class in II ~ III; 4. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Liver or kidney function damage, hypertension, diabetes before surgery; 2. Preoperative history of use of nonsteroidal drugs and glucocorticoids; 3. Preoperative symptoms of infection; 4. Participated in other clinical trials.
