Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A total of 120 patients undergoing elective general anesthesia abdominal surgery were selected, aged 3 months to 6 years, BMI 18-29.5, unlimited gender, ASA grade I-II. The surgical methods are orthopedic, thoracic, and abdominal surgery (including upper abdominal, lower abdominal, pelvic, and retroperitoneal surgery).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Within 2 weeks of taking a monoamine oxidase inhibitor, patients with mental illness, no chronic pain and long-term use of analgesics or psychotropic drugs (opioid analgesics, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, sedatives, antidepressants) history, Severe abnormalities in lung, liver, and kidney functions, severe hypertension (systolic blood pressure >= 180mmHg, diastolic blood pressure >= 110mmHg), esophageal reflux disease, sedatives, antiemetics, and anti-pruritic drugs 24 hours before surgery.
