Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meet the following two conditions at the same time 1.Confocal microscopy shows clear mycelium structure or microscopy of corneal lesions or microbial culture results to confirm the diagnosis of fungi; 2. Corneal infection depth of invasion 3mm; 4. No corneal endothelial plaque; 5. Hypopyon depth < 1/4 anterior chamber.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Meet any of the following conditions 1.With endophthalmitis; 2.Those who can not cooperate with the inspection or cannot complete the follow-up. 3.Refuse to sign informed consent.
