40 Years to 74 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40-74 years; 2. Registered population or resident population for 5 years or above; 3. Sign on informed consent voluntarily; 4. have no constraints factors which affecting compliance and follow-up for this programme in psychology,family,society or geography.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. performed intestinal tumor surgery; 2. Having other severe digestive diseases,such as Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, etc.; 3. Underwent colonoscopy, sigmoidoscopy, CT simulated colonoscopy, double-contrast barium contrast examination in the last 5 years; 4. Received fecal occult blood test or fecal DNA test within the past 1 year; 5. Having one of the following symptoms, which suggesting the need for colonoscopy examination to diagnosis a disease,such as having a long time rectal bleeding in recent 6 months, an unexplained weight loss (more than 10% of base weight) in recent 6 months,iron-deficiency anaemia by medical diagnosis; 6. A serious disease of heart,liver, kidney, blood and endocrine system; 7. Pregnant women or women in lactation or women of childbearing age prepare for pregnancy; 8. Had other malignant tumor; 9. Had radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 10. Not willing to provide fecal samples; 11. The study physician considered any ineligibility for inclusion.
