Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children under 18 years old; 2. Patients with central nervous system tumors confirmed by histopathology were classified as grade III-IV (intraoperative frozen pathology); 3. Patients who can obtain fresh tumor tissue samples through surgery; 4. Patients who have objective tumor focus meeting RECIST 1.1 standard can be used to evaluate the curative effect by CT / MRI; 5. Patients with KPS score >=60, expected survival time >=3 months, comprehensive evaluation considered that they could tolerate postoperative treatment, including radiotherapy, chemotherapy and targeted therapy; 6. The subjects participated voluntarily, signed the informed consent, had good compliance, and could actively treat and cooperate with the follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with KPS score <=60 or blood biochemical examination indicating that they are not suitable to continue chemotherapy or have delayed chemotherapy; 2. Patients who cannot or refuse to collect tumor samples; 3. Patients who refuse to accept the relevant treatment plan or follow-up plan; 4. In our hospital before hospitalization in the hospital for non-standard treatment of children.
