Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathological or cytological diagnosis of lung cancer patients; 2. PS >=2 points; 3. During the hospitalization, he did not receive radiotherapy, immunotherapy and targeted therapy related to lung cancer; 4. Complicated respiratory failure: (1) Oxygenation index <300 under oxygen therapy; (2) PaO2 <60 mmHg under air inhalation; if blood gas analysis is not available, SPO2 <90% can be substituted under air inhalation).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age 500ml; 4. Cardiogenic pulmonary edema; 5. Intubation or non-invasive positive pressure ventilation has been given; 6. Pneumothorax; 7. Incomplete data; 8. Death within 2 hours of admission; 9. HFNC or COT use less than 2 hours.
