Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-50 years; 2. People with periodontitis or periodontal health; 3. Patients with more than 20 natural teeth (excluding the third molar).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The objects whose body index or vital signs are beyond the normal range (such as BMI >=35 or 100 / score); 2. Patients with a history of systemic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes and liver and kidney diseases; 3. The patients who had been treated with antibiotics in the whole body in the past three months, oral local antibiotics in one week and periodontal treatment in six months; 4. Pregnant or lactating objects; 5. Subjects receiving continuous drug therapy that can affect the clinical indications of periodontitis.
