Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I - III patients aged 18-70 years who are scheduled for elective cervical spine surgery under endotracheal intubation under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with cervical instability, cervical cancer, goiter;patients expected to have difficulty ventilating; patients whor are unable to cooperate with patients and patient who refuse to participate, etc
