Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Moyamoya disease: 1. Digital subtraction angiography (DSA): severe stenosis or occlusion of the terminal segment of bilateral internal carotid artery and (or) the initial segment of anterior cerebral artery and / or middle cerebral artery, with abnormal vessels around the occluded artery; 2. All subjects and / or guardians informed consent and signed informed consent Stenosis or occlusion of middle cerebral artery 1. CTA / MRA / DSA diagnosis of unilateral or bilateral middle cerebral artery stenosis = 50% or occlusion patients; 2. Patients older than 18 years old; 3. All subjects and / or guardians informed consent and signed informed consent Mechanical embolectomy for acute intracranial arterial occlusion 1. Patients over 18 years old; 2. Patients with ischemic penumbra confirmed by multimodal imaging within 6 hours or 24 hours after onset; 3. CTA / MRA / DSA confirmed the occlusion of large intracranial arteries (internal carotid artery, M1 or M2 segment of middle cerebral artery, A1 or A2 segment of anterior cerebral artery, intracranial segment of basilar artery or isolated vertebral artery involving basilar artery) occlusion; 4. Patients with cerebral hemorrhage were excluded by CT; 5. National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) 6 points; 6. Patients with cerebral infarction core necrosis volume 5 points; 7. Patients with preoperative Mrs <=3; 8. Patients with informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Moyamoya disease: 1. Patients with contraindications to iodine contrast media (allergy history, pregnancy history, congestive heart failure and renal insufficiency); 2. Patients with malignant tumor; 3. Patients with previous intracranial artery bypass surgery or intracranial artery intervention surgery; 4. Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction; 5. Patients with incomplete medical history; 6. Patients with cerebral hemorrhage showed by CT; 7. Patients who did not meet the diagnostic criteria of moyamoya disease. Stenosis or occlusion of middle cerebral artery 1. The patients who can not carry out the corresponding imaging examination; 2. Patients with malignant tumor; 3. Patients with previous intracranial artery bypass surgery or intracranial artery intervention surgery; 4. Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction; 5. Patients with incomplete medical history; 6. Patients with cerebral hemorrhage showed by CT. Mechanical embolectomy for acute intracranial arterial occlusion: 1. Patients with intracranial hemorrhage confirmed by CT or MRI; 2. Patients with Mrs score >=3 before onset; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Patients with allergy to contrast media or nitinol; 5. Systolic blood pressure > 185 mmHg, or diastolic blood pressure > 110 mmHg, patients whose blood pressure can not be controlled by antihypertensive therapy;^ 6. Blood glucose 400 mg/dl (22.2 mmol/L), platelet count < 100x10^9/L, hematocrit < 25%; 7. Patients with tortuous arteries that lead to the failure of embolectomy device to reach the target vessel; 8. Patients with life expectancy less than 1 year; 9. Patients with obvious space occupying effect of cerebral hemisphere or cerebellar hemisphere on imaging.
