Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 10-15 years; (2) Either male or female; (3) Conforms to the diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-IV-Text RevisionDSM-5 and review by Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Suffer from serious physical diseases, such as congenital heart disease, thyroid disease, liver and kidney dysfunction, audio-visual impairment, etc.; (2) Accompanied by severe neurological diseases, with a clear family history or potential risks, such as brain trauma, encephalitis, epilepsy, high fever convulsions, birth injuries, abnormal EEG, etc.; (3) Suffer from definite or suspicious inherited diseases, such as trisomy 21 and fragile X syndrome; (4) In line with the diagnosis of other developmental diseases, such as simple mental retardation, simple language development disorder, selective silence, etc.; (5) Meet the diagnosis of other serious mental diseases, such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
