Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who meet the relevant diagnostic criteria of diabetes or diabetic kidney disease and are confirmed; 2. The course of diabetes is more than 1 year; 3. Aged 30 to 80 years; 4. Clear consciousness, no mental retardation, and normal communication; 5. All of them knew about this study and participated voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Diabetes should exclude patients with fasting blood glucose < 5.6 mmol L-1, blood glucose < 7.8 mmol L-1 2h after OGTT and transient hyperglycemia caused by other stress factors; 2) Diabetic kidney disease should exclude patients with primary kidney disease; 3) Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver and kidney dysfunction; 4) HIV positive, pregnant, cancer, severe infection and malignant tumor patients; 5) Severe mental illness and cognitive dysfunction; 6) Patients diagnosed with type I diabetes or type I diabetic kidney disease; 7) Acute complications of diabetes.
