Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Young patients with post-collapse osteonecrosis of knee undergoing AOT surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Aged above 60 years, osteoarthritic changes in knee joint (stage IV), large-sized chondral and osteochondral defects, and more two compartments serious degeneration or collapse.
