Interventions

experimental group:In the CS-EMR group, submucosal injection of methylene blue - epinephrine - normal saline (the current clinical routine) was followed by cold entrapment for polyp removal.
control group:In the CSP group, polyps were resected by cold snares without preemptive submucosal injection.

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-80 years had at least 1 3-9mm baseless intestinal polyp (0-IS, 0-IIA, 0-IIB, Paris typing) preoperatively diagnosed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Gut Boston score less than 6; 2. Antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs were used within 1 week before surgery. 3. Inflammatory bowel disease; 4. Colonic polyposis; 5. Severe organ dysfunction.
