Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Informed consent was provided by a parent. 2. The neonataes'gestational age is between 28 and 32 weeks. 3. Admitted within 6 hours after birth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital malformations (including congenital heart disease). 2. Surgical diseases. 3. The Apgar score is less than 4 points at 1 minute or less than 6 points at 5 minutes . 4. Intrauterine infection(including TORCH infection and chorioamnionitis). 5. Examination of intraventricular hemorrhage and dilation of ventricle (clear before admission).
