Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female over 18 years old; 2. Patients who need gastroscopy to further clarify the characteristics of digestive tract diseases; 3. Patients with painless gastroscopy; 4. Patients who can read, understand and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications of gastroscopy; 2. Anesthesiologists evaluate patients who are not suitable for painless gastroscopy; 3. Patients with contraindication of biopsy; 4. Patients with known active upper gastrointestinal bleeding or emergency gastroscopy; 5. Pregnant women; 6. Patients with a history of previous gastric surgery or known remnant stomach; 7. The high-risk diseases or other special circumstances that the researchers think the subjects are not suitable to participate in the clinical trials.
