Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The diagnosis of unilateral osteoarthritis of the knee is clear, and it is classified into three or four grades. The non-operative treatment is ineffective. (2) The patients and their families have consented, the compliance is high, and the patients have accepted all kinds of tests before and after operation. (3) The patient underwent unilateral total knee arthroplasty for the first time. (4) There were no abnormal platelet and coagulation before operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Complicated with severe liver and renal dysfunction; (2) Patients with high risk factors for thrombosis, such as heart failure, Acute respiratory distress syndrome, etc. (3) Inability to cooperate with treatment for mental illness; (4) Patients with a history of malignant tumor; (5) A history of thrombosis and pulmonary embolism (including intramuscular vein thrombosis) , cerebral embolism and cerebral infarction; (6) Patients with Hemoglobin < 100g / L.
