Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18-60 years, both male and female; 2) The diagnosis of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) combined with double mutation of CEBPA was performed according to WHO criteria. 3) The ECOG-ps score of the eastern oncology collaboration group was 0-2. 4) Obtain informed consent signed by patients or family members.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Accompanied by cerebral hemorrhage; 2) Pregnancy; 3) Mental illness or other conditions that cannot be carried out as planned; 4) Severe arrhythmia, abnormal ECG (QT > 500ms); 5) Other situations considered unsuitable by the researcher.
