Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Under age 18 years: 1. New diagnosed Wilms' tumor with clear pathological types; 2. Imaging diagnosis of stage V Wilms' tumor (bilateral); 3. renal clear cell sarcoma and striated muscle sarcoma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Accepted chemotherapy previously.
