Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with ASA grade I-II; 2. Patients aged 18-65 years old; 3. Malampatti patients with airway I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Body mass less than 40 kg or BMI > 30; 2. Patients with the following diseases: 3. Preoperative difficult airway, after tracheotomy, upper respiratory tract obstruction (foreign body in respiratory tract, snoring, etc.), abnormal nasopharynx (sinusitis, turbinate hypertrophy, deviation of nasal septum, nasopharyngeal carcinoma, etc.) and other diseases affecting normal ventilation; 4. Pulmonary diseases affecting normal oxygenation (pneumonia, COPD, bronchiectasis, emphysema, asthma, after lobectomy, etc.); 5. Digestive system diseases such as intragastric hypertension, dintestinal obstruction, etc.; 6. Moderate or above anemia.
