18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 60 years; 2. Clinically or pathologically diagnosed as erosive/atrophic oral lichen planus; 3. Single erosion or multiple point erosion, and the total area of erosion is less than 1 square centimeter; 4. The results of basic physical examination are normal; 5. Those who participate in the study independently and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with other severe mucous diseases; 2. Those with severe systemic diseases such as high blood pressure, heart disease, blood disorders; 3. Those having topical treatment of lichen planus within a week; those taking immunotherapy during the previous 3 months; 4. Lichenoid disease induced by amalgam or other drugs; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Those addicted to tobacco, alcohol or drugs; 7. Those who do not follow medical advice or are unable to return on time.
