Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes; 2. The patient's condition is stable, without life-threatening disease, and patients can cooperate with the diagnosis and treatment process of diabetes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women; 2. other types of diabetes; 3. Those who are unable to complete upgrade buduanjin because of mental illness or physical disability.
