Age
18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. First 18F-FDG PET/CT examination, without any anti-tumor treatment; 2. Complete clinical data, including name, gender, medical history, laboratory examination and TNM staging; 3. Histological or cytological diagnosis of primary non-small cell lung cancer; 4. Within 1 month after PET/CT examination, surgical specimens or tissue biopsy samples for gene testing and complete gene test report.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Image artifact; PET/CT image acquisition did not follow standard procedures; Poor image quality; 2. Tumor margins are difficult to delineate; 3. With other malignant tumors.
