Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Breastfeeding mothers; 2. Preterm infants with gestational age before 37 full weeks and full-term infants with gestational age of 37-42 weeks; 3. Infants are no birth defects or congenital diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Lactating mothers with mastitis and other breast diseases; 2. Mothers suffering from hepatitis B, AIDS and other infectious diseases; 3. Mothers with severe heart, kidney, liver and other related organic diseases; 4. Infants with contraindications for breast milk, such as phenylketonuria.
