18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-65 years; 2. Patients with unstable unilateral sacral fractures were classified as type 1 fractures in isler classification of sacral fractures; 3. Patients without nerve injury; 4. Patients with normal activity before injury; 5. Patients with iliolumbar fixation or s2ai screw fixation were followed up for more than one year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pathological fracture; 2. Patients with open fracture; 3. Patients with other severe injuries (such as brain trauma) 4. Patients with neurological deficits 5. Patients with risk factors affecting bone healing (osteoporosis, smoking and metabolic diseases); 6. Amputated patients; 7. Patients with incomplete clinical data.
