Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Being older than 18 years 2. Patients undergoing primary total hip arthroplasty. 3. Use of cementless total hip components. 4. Preoperative diagnosis of avascular necrosis (AVN) of the femoral head,hip osteoarthritis,femoral neck fractures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of trauma, infection, tumor. 2. Evelopmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH). 3. Previous pelvic and/or femoral osteotomy. 4. Legg–Calvé–Perthes disease. 5. Revision surgery.
