Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Control group: 2-6 years old normal children (this group of children were clinically suspected of brain disease, magnetic resonance examination results were normal children); 2. Study group: 2-6 years old children with ASD (this group of children were diagnosed as ASD by clinicians).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with other diseases except ASD were diagnosed by MRI
