29 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Sign informed consent (obtained in writing from the independent ethics committee of the research institution and signed before any operations specific to the study); 2. Aged >=18 years; 3. Ability to follow the test plan; 4. Diagnosed as coronary atherosclerotic heart disease by clinical manifestation and imaging examination (coronary CT angiography or coronary angiography); 5. Life expectancy >=12 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to ticagrelor or clopidogrel; 2. Blood system diseases or coagulation dysfunction; 3. Hemorrhagic tendency, such as previous history of cerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage or extensive cerebral infarction, aortic dissection, peptic ulcer, severe trauma or major surgery within 3 months, etc.; 4. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction, autoimmune diseases, bronchial asthma, pregnant and lactating women, mental disorders, malignant tumors or multiple organ failure; 5. Current warfarin or platelet glycoprotein IIb/IIIa inhibitors users; 6. Patients whom investigators think are not suitable to participate in this study.
