18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as ICD - 10 major depression (F32) by more than two experienced attending psychiatrists; 2. aged from 18 to 60 years old; 3. no obvious critical physical diseases; 4. excluding other psychiatric diseases such as schizophrenia, bipola affective disorder and personality disorders; 5. acknowledged and agreed by patients and families.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with rTMS contraindication; 2. women in gestation or suckling period; 3. patients with impulsive, violent and susidal tendency; 4. patients with eye diseases such as colour blind and amblyopia.
