Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 18 years old; 2. Patients with stable hemodynamics who are ready for enteral nutrition through nasogastric tube or percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy; 3. Patients with expected enteral nutrition implementation time >=7 days (including those whose enteral nutrition was terminated or suspended due to feeding intolerance within 7 days); 4. The patients and their family members volunteered to be the observation objects and filled in the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy and maternity 2. Patients who have started enteral nutrition; 3. Patients whose enteral nutrition was suspended or stopped due to operation, special treatment and other non feeding intolerance during the observation.
