Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. both gender; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. Received 2-4 cycles of neoadjuvant chemotherapy with 5-fluorouracil 3 weeks before operation; 4. Schedule to undergo laparoscopic or robot-assisted gastrectomy and digestive tract reconstruction; 5. Diagnosed as gastric adenocarcinoma by histopathological examination; 6. Surgical treatment can be performed according to the evaluation of MDT before operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to participate in the experiment. 2. Emergency surgery is required. 3. Receive antibiotics and / or glucocorticoids within 10 days before operation. 4. Autoimmune diseases. 5. ASA grade IV or V. 6. Existing bacterial infection. 7. Intolerance or allergic to probiotics.
