18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed as chronic cholecystitis and scheduled for laparoscopic cholecystectomy; 2. Age 18-75 years, regardless of gender; 3. ASA score 1-2; 4. informed consent of patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious liver and kidney disease; 2. previous upper abdominal surgery, affecting the recovery of the disease; 3. requiring joint organ resection; 4. severe mental illness; 5. diabetes mellitus, poor blood glucose control; 6. severe emphysema, interstitial pneumonia or ischemic heart disease and other patients who can not tolerate surgery; 7. pregnancy or lactation; 8. Patients or family members could not understand the conditions and purpose of the study;
