Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age is 18-80 years; 2. According to the diagnostic criteria of cerebral vascular disease group of neurology branch of chinese medical association in 2010, the doctor diagnosed stroke with icu; 3. Not eat through the mouth or lowland drinking water test for grade 3; 4. Enteral nutrition through nasogastric tube within 48 h of admission; 5. Patients or family members willing to participate in the study and sign informed consent;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Symptoms of nausea and vomiting before admission; Abdominal surgery and radiotherapy within 6 weeks; 2. Complicated with tumor or spinal cord injury; 3. Combined enteral and parenteral nutrition users; 4. Contraindications for abdominal massage (pregnancy, gastrointestinal bleeding, intestinal obstruction); 5. Aggravation of disease or cessation of enteral nutrition or early transfer of icu;
