Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All Parkinson patients met the diagnostic criteria of Parkinson's Disease Brain Bank; 2. Having symptoms of motor, motor disturbance and quiescent tremor; 3. Mini mental status examination, MMSE screening score >= 17,not affecting the rehabilitation assessment and training; 4. The severity of the disease was on a revised Hoehn-Yahr scale of 1 to 3, with bilateral limb involvement. 5. Prior to treatment, Parkinson's patients used excessive dopamine and Levodopa, the right dosage of medication can be ensured during rehabilitation training.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having history of alcohol and Drug Abuse; 2. Having psychiatric symptoms, visual impairment, comprehension impairment, severe cognitive impairment; 3. Poor adherence to the trial; 4. Having history of stroke with Parkinson's ladder progression; 5. There are drug changes in exercise therapy.
