Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Residents who have been living in the study area for more than 5 months; (2) Residents who have recently participated in community health check-ups; (3) Residents who can understand and sign the informed consent form, and complete the questionnaire voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Residents who have cognitive impairment or mental illness, delirium, or cannot move; (2) Residents who have participated in other research projects in the past 30 days.
