Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 70 years or older, pathologically proven diffuse large B cell lymphoma, treatment naive.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Central nervous system involvement before treatment, active infection, active hepatitis B, with other malignancies,or with severe organ insufficancy.
