18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Simple femur neck fracture; 2. Aged 18-80 years; 3. Fresh fracture, not yet treated accordingly; 4. Approved by the hospital ethics committee; 5. Patients and family members have informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pathological fractures; 2. The hemiplegia of the limb is present before fracture, and the ability to walk independently is lost; 3. Important organs are accompanied by severe insufficiency or other serious diseases; 4. Lower limb venous thrombosis.
