Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged >= 60 years, both male and female; 2) Patients with acute myeloid leukemia diagnosed by morphology, immunology and genetics of bone marrow cells were diagnosed according to WHO diagnostic criteria (except for aml-m3 patients). 3) The proportion of bone marrow progenitor cells was more than 30%; 4) The ECOG-ps score of the eastern oncology collaboration group was 0-2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Accompanied by cerebral hemorrhage; 2) Pregnancy; 3) Mental illness or other conditions that cannot be carried out as planned; 4) Severe arrhythmia, abnormal ECG (QT > 500ms).
