Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with first onset (including cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral embolism, etc.); 2. Patients with certain cognitive function and MMSE score greater than 21; 3. Patients with stroke more than one month old; 4. Patients with moderate or severe hand dysfunction (Brunnstrom <= 4); 5. Patients with hand spasm grade <= 3; 6. Patients older than 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other nervous system diseases; 2. Patients with sensory aphasia; 3. Patients with history of epilepsy; 4. Patients with open injury or deformity of the affected hand; 5. Patients with visual field defect; 6. Patients with severe complications; 7. Patients with unilateral neglect; 8. Patients with severe dystonia or involuntary movement.
