18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-75 years; 2. Clinical diagnosis: imaging and clinical diagnosis: biliary system tumor (TNM stage II-IV). 3. ASA grade I-III; 4. Patients who have not received any treatment for biliary system before; 5. Patients with at least one measurable lesion (according to recistv1.1); 6. ECoG score: 0-1; 7. Patients with expected survival time >= 12 weeks; 8. Patients with biliary system tumors (stage II, III, IV) who do not meet the criteria for resectability.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe mental disorders; 2. Patients with severe coagulation disorders; 3. Patients with septic shock; 4. Patients who had thrombosis or embolism events within 6 months before the start of study treatment had cardiac symptoms or diseases that were not well controlled, and complicated with other system malignant tumors, with ASA score > 3 points.
