Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The imaging examination is consistent with joint pain caused by degeneration, strain, soft tissue injury and so on. (2) VAS score >= 4. (3) The pain lasted for more than 4 weeks. (4) Aged 18-70 years old. (5) Subjects who signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Subjects who received intra-articular injection in the past 4 weeks. (2) Joint pain caused by rheumatic immune diseases or other systemic diseases. (3) Severe cardiovascular diseases. (4) Local acute infection. (5) Local malignant tumor. (6) Pregnancy and puerperium. (7) Abnormal blood coagulation. (8) Subjects who are unable to cooperate with or intolerant to treatment.
