Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 65 years, regardless of gender; 2. Conforming to the patient in MVD indication in condition of general anesthesia; 3. Patient agrees to participate in the trial, and he or his legal guardian signs the consent before the trial.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative MMSE scores were < 23; 2. Liver or kidney dysfunction; 3. Disease of the central nervous system; 4. History of mental illness, long-term use of sedatives or antidepressants, etc.; 5. History of alcohol or drug abuse; 6. Serious systemic diseases, especially circulation system diseases, such as myocardial infarction, heart failure, unstable angina pectoris, history of sinus bradycardia; 7. Patients are intolerant of experiment or cooperate with the examination, aphasia or audiovisual function obstacle; 8. Be allergic to Hup A; 9. Other clinical trials were conducted within 3 months prior to the study.
