Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with progressive denervation of paravertebral muscles, which may aggravate scoliosis kyphosis; 2. After spinal surgery, the postoperative patients who lack of autonomic function exercise include paraplegia after spinal cord injury, paravertebral muscle atrophy and cerebral palsy of motor neuron disease, and patients with aggravated muscular atrophy of cervical spine, thoracic vertebra and lumbar vertebrae.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients without spinal deformity (scoliosis and kyphosis); 2. Patients with trauma (paraplegia); 3. Patients with progressive denervation of paravertebral muscles; 4. Patients with muscle atrophy aggravated after cervical thoracic or lumbar surgery; 5. Other types of patients recovered after spinal surgery.
